About Leif

My main motivation as a yoga teacher is to share the powerful tools that I've learned to help and improve myself.


Yoga has been an important part of my life for the last 16 years and my practice has always been a huge support. I feel that being able to teach and share yoga with others is one of the greatest things I can do with my life. There is a quote I try to live up to... "Great teachers inspire greatness in others".


I have a wide background with yoga and training with a bachelors degree in Modern and Contemporary dance, also being trained in several Martial Arts. My bachelor from The National Academy of the Arts in Oslo has included training, anatomy and nutrition with some of the best teachers from "Olympiatoppen". Meaning the teachers who are responsible for training the Norwegian elite athletes taught us how to train and take care of ourself. I have Yoga Alliance certified 200H TT Vinyasa, 200H TT Ashtanga Vinyasa, 80H TT Yoga Flow and several other courses.


With my background I have a good understanding of the human body and how to teach yoga in a way that’s safe. I’m very thorough in my classes and I have a good eye when it comes to what my students need in their practice. I see myself as a dedicated professional and very open and patient. But also keeping things fun in my classes.
